He would watch parents died, then his friends and then even his wife Lois, still coundn't do anything to save them. Still serving as the world's foremost champion he began to slow as the sadness of the losses began to mount. Legend then tells how close to the end of the twenty first century, Superman Prime (as history will remember as Kal-El) passed the responsibilities of being Superman to his heir, Superman Secundus, and created the Superman Dynasty. Then one day he left Earth.

His travels lasted from the 21st Century, and ended somewhere at the turn of the 700th Century. During his travels, he acquired vast abilities and skills from every being he meet and gained perfection over all the abilities he received (when he broke through the Source Wall he even studied under the Source itself, meaning he could have a portion of the Source's power or more, the true extent of abilities he received from the Source are unknown). When he returned he forged a covenant with his descendants, he would bestow upon them a small fraction of his power as long as they served for truth and justice. He also gained the abilities of his lineage and magnified them with his own power (for example, the Superman of the 67th century married the queen of the 5th Dimension, which in turn gave Superman Prime the abilities and powers of a 5th Dimension Imp). After the covenant he left and returned to his fortress of solitude in the center of the Super Sun. (DC One Million)

Powers

Because of Supermans constant travels throughout the Universe, plus major powers that he has had garnered from the Queen of the 5D imps, The Source (Possibly a fraction of the power of The Presences power itself) 15,000 Years of pure Yellow Sun saturation, and the power of the last and most powerful Green Lantern Ring. His position as the 2nd most powerful being in the DC Universe (Now Multiverse) is apparent (Second only to the Omnipotent Presence) . Even to a point of having some of the strongest in the DCU follow under his command (Hourman and Mxyzptlk)

• Enhanced Kryptonian Physiology: With over 15,000 years of constant Solar Energy from the Super Sun, and much of his additional powers from his travels across the Universe, it is fair to say he is far beyond that of any normal Kryptonian.
  • Enhanced Solar Energy Absorption: Under optimal conditions, this is the main source of Superman Prime's super powers as they are contingent upon exposure to solar radiation from a yellow sun star system. But because of his increased time in the sun, it is fair to say he is most likely not as dependent on it as he used to be
  • Enhanced Heat Vision: Superman Prime's Heat Vision is far beyond that of when he was younger, it apparentely has enough power behind it to destroy the walls of reality and even entire dimensions.
  • Enhanced Super-Hearing: Superman Prime's hearing is most likely infinite in its capacity, even reaching beyond that of any universe. It is possible his in Omniscience in this sense.
  • God--Like Enhanced Vision: 
    Superman Prime's vision is now God-Like allowing him to see everything in all of time and space, the distant past, and the future (See All-Star Superman)
    This umbrella ability includes the following:
    • Electromagnetic Spectrum Vision: Superman Prime can see well into most of the electromagnetic spectrum. He can see and identify radio and television signals as well as all other broadcast or transmitted frequencies. Using this ability, he can avoid detection by radar or satellite monitoring methods. This also allows him to see the aura generated by living thing.
    • Telescopic Vision: This is the ability to see something at a great distance, without violating the laws of physics. Though limited, the exact extent of the ability is undetermined. In function, it is similar to the zoom lens on a camera.
    • X-Ray Vision: This is the ability to see through any volume of matter except lead. Superman Prime's can see things behind a solid, opaque object as if it were not there. He can focus this ability to "peel back" layers of an object, allowing hidden image or inner workings to be observed. The exact type of energy perceived - such as x-rays, cosmic rays, or some other energy invisible to normal humans - is unclear. this ability perceives an ambient energy source though, it does not involve the eye projecting a concentrated, possibly toxic, beam to be reflected back from objects.
    • Microscopic Vision: This is the ability to see extremely small objects and images down to the atomic level.
    • Infrared Vision: Superman Prime's can see with better acuity in darkness, and to a degree in total darkness.
  • God-Like Flight: Superman Prime's flight is most likely infinite, but extremely uneeded because of his ability to be any where
  • God-Like Invulnerability: Because of his pure energy state and nigh-omnipotent stature, it is likely nothing in the DC Multiverse can truly hurt him.
  • God-Like Superhuman Stamina: Because of his energy state and power sources, it is most likely infinite.

• • God-Like Superhuman Strength: Superman Prime's strength is unimaginable, beyond that of understanding to anything besides that of true gods.
  • God-Like Superhuman Speed: With Teleportation and his flight speeds, it is most certainly infinite. Sometimes appearing somewhere before he even left the other place.
    This also confers:
    • God-Like Superhuman Agility: Infinite
    • God-Like Superhuman Reflexes: Infinite
  • God-Like Super-Breath: Superman Prime is able to create hurricane force winds by exhaling air from his lungs. He can chill the air as it leaves his lungs to freeze targets. He can also reverse the process to pull large volumes of air or vapor into his lungs.
  • Reality Alteration: Because of his powers from the Source, he can most likely alter Reality on any scale he wants, from Universal to Multiversal scale.
  • Magic Manipulation: Because of his powers from the Queen of the 5D imps, he can manipulate magic in any way he wants (see above)
  • Nigh-Omnipotence: He has power over almost anything.
  • Nigh-Omniscience: He can see and hear almost anything .
  • Nigh Omnipresence: He can be almost everywhere at once.
• Weapons
• Green Lantern Ring: As the last and most powerful Green Lantern Ring, this ring is enhanced and controlled by will power, under Superman Primes influence it can most likely create and destroy entire universes (See Parallax for further info.

Now God Goku

When in this form, the Saiyan's basic overall appearance remains unchanged with the exception of some slight differences. The skin-tone becomes more tan. The hair lifts up slightly and a obtains a reddish-purple coloring. The Saiyan's eyes grow, becoming sharper and the irises become red. The overall body structure appears to have become thinner and slightly taller. The aura becomes more explosive and flame-like in appearance.

Usage and PowerEdit

The power of this form is great enough to allow Goku to fight nearly on par with the God of Destruction Bills; who had effortlessly defeatedSuper Saiyan 3 Goku, Ultimate Gohan, Super Saiyan Gotenks, and a fully powered Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta. As such, it is currently the most powerful Super Saiyan transformation in all of Dragon Ball Z, the title previously being held by the Super Saiyan 3 form. This form also allows the user to sense godly ki, and they can absorb attacks by consuming ki.

History

The "Super Saiyan God" is the legend among legends of the warrior race, the Saiyans, the mightiest beings in theuniverse. The power of six pure-hearted Saiyans must be infused for one of them to achieve this legendary form.

As Shenron explains to the Z Fighters and company during the events of Battle of Gods, a Super Saiyan God once appeared on Planet Vegeta to stop evil Saiyans but he failed because of the form's time limit. Also, 39 years before the events of the film, the Oracle Fish foretold the appearance of a Super Saiyan God to the God of Destruction Bills. This revelation is what hastens the God of Destruction's awakening in the film and the genesis of the events of Battle of Gods.^[2]

Goku utilizes the Dragon Balls to askShenron how to reach the Super Saiyan God form in order to battle with Bills. The dragon reveals that they need the power of six pure-hearted Saiyans for one of them to reach the form. Unlike other Super Saiyan forms, which almost always required some form of rage triggered transformation, Goku transforms into Super Saiyan God quite peacefully, utilizing the power of himself, Vegeta, Gohan, Trunks, Goten, and Pan (from inside her mother, as she was not born yet). The Saiyans hold their hands, and Goku is surrounded by a blue aura while powering up to this form. He then floatsinto the air as the transformation continues. Goku then appears with his hair glowing red and with a shape similar to that of his base form, red eyes, slightly thinner, and he has a flame-like aura.^[4]

The form gives Goku the power to resist Bills, but he reverts back to his regular Super Saiyan form due to the form's time limit. However, he learns the form's godlike feeling, which allows him to use Super Saiyan God's power against Bills. Goku did not quite like Super Saiyan God because he could only reach that level of power with everyone else's help rather than on his own, so Goku feels content becoming able to fight at a level not too far removed from Super Saiyan God all on his own. The two seem to be equally strong at some point, but Bills eventually wins when he uses a massive energy sphere in an attempt to take down Goku. Goku is able to stop Bills' energy sphere, barely holding it back, and then he briefly transforms to Super Saiyan God once again and absorbs the energy ball. The fight ends with Goku completely exhausted, and Bills states that the Super Saiyan God was not that strong and the Oracle Fish's prediction was a little exaggerated. It is then revealed, however, that Bills was completely worn out from his battle against Goku, and he later states that Goku and Vegeta (who says will also become a Super Saiyan God next time), one day may become truly formidable.
